When is the project due to open?
The project presentation targets completion at the end of 2027. The sales discussion indicates a planned hotel opening in February 2028. Completion, key handover and the start of operation should be confirmed separately in your agreement.
What is included in an apartment?
The project is offered with a turnkey hotel-apartment concept. Request the final specification for finishing, furniture, equipment and the exact layout of your chosen unit.
Can I stay in my own apartment?
Personal use depends on the management programme you choose. Free stays are not included in the stated 8% programme. Dates, discounts, booking rules and additional charges must be confirmed in writing.
How does the investment programme work?
The developer states an annual 8% programme on the amount paid, with payments twice a year. Request the signed terms, payment start date, programme duration, fee schedule and the party responsible for the obligations.
What can I do during my stay?
The planned programme includes outdoor adventures, excursions, wellbeing activities, creative workshops and shared evenings. Explore the activity cards and hotel services above. Availability depends on the programme, weather and local operators.
